Order processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Some personalised, customised, or made-to-order jewellery items may require additional production time before dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the product ordered.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • New Zealand: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Australia: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Canada: 7–15 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 7–20 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days after dispatch

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

If we offer free shipping on selected products, collections, or promotions, this will be clearly shown on the product page, cart, or checkout.

Tracking information

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Fulfilment partners

Some Jewelry Gifted products are produced, packed, and shipped by trusted fulfilment partners. This allows us to offer a wider range of jewellery gifts and personalised products.

Your order may ship from different fulfilment locations depending on the product and destination.

Multiple-item orders

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages, especially if they are produced by different fulfilment partners or shipped from different locations.

You will receive tracking information where available for each shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated at checkout.

Incorrect shipping address

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipping.
