At Jewelry Gifted, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging where possible.
- You must contact us before sending the item back.
- The item must not be a personalised, customised, engraved, or made-to-order product, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Personalised and custom products
Many of our products are personalised, custom-made, or made to order. Because these items are created specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned or refunded for change of mind.
However, we will always help if your personalised or custom item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@jewelrygifted.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, we will let you know by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We may offer an exchange or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For change-of-mind exchanges, please contact us first. Exchanges are not available for personalised, customised, engraved, or made-to-order products unless there is a fault or fulfilment error.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@jewelrygifted.com.
Because many items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once production has started.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot usually be returned:
- Personalised or customised jewellery
- Engraved items
- Made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
